Terms of Service

  • Server cost may vary by location. The published prices are based on the DataCenter in France.
  • Netquatro recommends its customers to enable automatic backup for crash prevention. Since Netquatro is not responsible for crashes that may compromise the data if there is no external backup.
  • Failure to make timely payment of the service implies suspension and then removal from the server.
  • Reactivating a server after it has been suspended can take several days.
  • Services not used in a month are not cumulative.
  • The service is under the lease modality, PAAS, that is, platform and software as a monthly service.
  • Backup restoration costs $50.
  • Operating system updates are on demand, that is, the client requests any changes needed and indicates the date via email to soporte@netquatro.com.
  • Customers are responsible for notifying their users of any down time during updates.
  • During upgrades, the service will be unavailable and will not count towards the SLA.
  • Eventually, we will post a review in our blog about your project as a success story for Net4BI.
  • Our service is prepaid. Customers must pay in advance to activate it.
  • Any support included by Netquatro covers server use and related support.
  • Server use is limited to the conditions of use stipulated in the contract, which do not allow cryptocurrency mining, spread of malware, SPAM or other services that may impair the server's proper functioning.
  • VIP support includes email, tickets, and WhatsApp support.
  • Updates, maintenance, and corrective measures are carried out during office hours, that is, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT-5.
  • Services that are not explicitly indicated in these conditions are considered extra.
