Terms of Service

  • To take advantage of all service features, it is ideal for the client's website to be done in WordPress.
  • The service does not include server management or administration.
  • Our service is prepaid. Customers must pay in advance to activate it.
  • A test will be carried out before issuing certificates. Users can take the test up to 2 to get the certification. If both attempts are failed, the course must be purchased again.
  • The blacklist exclusion service must be requested by the client through a ticket. This service includes the request to third parties, but does not guarantee that the third party will ultimately remove the IP from the list.
  • The CDN service causes the website's IP to change, therefore, the client must carry out any necessary third party license changes to update the new IP.
  • The minimum tenure contract is 1 year.
  • In order to update modules on a weekly basis, a user must be enabled on the website.
  • Each Net4BI dashboard will include 1 username and password.
  • With Net4Shield web, backup access is not provided to the end user, Netquatro carries out the restore. To do this, 1 user must have access to the WordPress.
  • If the client does not have their website in WordPress, they will not have access to some service functionalities, such as weekly updates, automatic backups, ithemes, and wp-rocket, among others.
  • The Speed module needs some server-side configurations which will only take place if the client's website is hosted with Netquatro.
  • If the website's SSL certificate is not provided by Netquatro, customers must provide the CSR, the private key and the Chain to be able to set the Certificate up in Net4Shield.
  • The software used on the website is leased per month. If the client fails to make timely payments, the licenses that allow the site to function correctly will be deactivated.
  • Nusec, Comodo, Cloudflare and other brands named on our website are allies of Netquatro, they are not affiliated or subsidiary companies.
  • The starter hosting plan includes 5 GB of space, 5 GB of traffic, or 1,000 visits per month, whichever comes first.
  • Traffic is defined as the amount of data uploaded to the server and the amount of data downloaded from it. Each visit generates traffic when viewing images, texts, etc. Each update on the page generates upload traffic. We provide a panel where you can view all these indicators.
  • Automatic monitoring will alert the customer if something goes wrong on their website. To get support related to that event, the client must create a ticket.
  • Updates, maintenance, and corrective measures are carried out during office hours, that is, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT-5.
  • Services that are not explicitly indicated in these conditions are considered extra.
